appeals arising out of land acquisition whose valuation is

upto Rs.1,00,000/-, the learned G.A.-2 seeks permission to

withdraw this first appeal as the valuation of this First Appeal

is Rs.84,600/-.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this first appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn.
