The learned counsel Sri Rajendra
Kumar Prasad, appearing on behalf of the
appellants submitted that he will file
the appellants’ list and the initial
printing cost by 28th October 2010.
The appellants is also directed
to take necessary steps regarding the
respondent No.4 who was minor in the
year 1982 and also regarding the
appellant Nos. 4 and 5 within the said
period.
