Issue notice to respondent no.7. Notices will go both
by ordinary process and registered post.
As far as respondents 8 to 22 are concerned, they are
the vendors of the petitioners. This court may not require to hear
them but as a means of abundant precaution, let notice issue to
respondents 8 to 22 by ordinary process. Notices on respondents
mentioned aforesaid must be filed within two weeks failing
which this application shall stand dismissed without further
reference to a bench.
List this case on appearance of respondent no.7.
In the mean time status quo should be maintained
over the lands in question.
The Education Department, in the mean time,
should also file a counter affidavit regarding the stand with
respect to title and possession over the lands in question.
