ORAL ORDER

This Court has passed an
order on 29.6.2010 making it clear that the notice would be issued
only after deposit of the amount of Rs.14,400/- being the arrears of
rent as observed by the Appellate Court. The petitioner has neither
paid process fees nor deposited the amount as directed by the Court.
Office endorsement is also made to the effect that the process fees
have not been paid and the order of this Court has not been complied
with.

In the above view of the
matter, this Civil Revision Application is dismissed for
non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 29.6.2010.
Notice is discharged.
