                            JUDGMENT

In this writ petition, the petitioner has raised a dispute

regarding the right to transport river sand from the Vallampally

Kadavu in the Perumbavoor Municipality. In this respect the

petitioner has filed Ext.P3 representation before the additional 3rd

respondent. The petitioner now confines his relief for a direction

to the additional 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate

orders on Ext.P3 expeditiously.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the

learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel appearing

for respondents 1 and 2. After hearing all parties, I dispose of

this writ petition with a direction to the additional 3rd respondent

to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after

affording an opportunity of being heard to petitioner and

respondents 1 and 2. The petitioner shall forward a certified

copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition to

the additional 3rd respondent for compliance.
