passed in Cr. Misc.No.41099 of 2009, while

rejecting the bail petition, this Court had

directed the registry to lodge a complaint

case against the deponent, who had sworn

affidavit, before the concerned court for the

offence of swearing false affidavit.

Office is directed to give report as

to whether complaint has been filed or not.

Put up this case after one week.
