02. 06.04.2011 In view of the show cause and details of calculation
given for payment already made to the petitioner, the contempt
application is dismissed.
If there is any error in the accounting and the details
which have been furnished to the petitioner and communicated
earlier, he is not precluded from demonstrating that variation
before the Administrator of Bihar State Board of Religious
Trusts. It goes without saying that the discrepancy, if
established, will have to be reconciled otherwise the issue will
be allowed to rest.
