2. 1.12.2010 Learned counsel for the petitioners

submits that the petitioners may be permitted to

pursue their remedies before the Principal Secretary,

Panchayati Raj in similar manner and in terms of

order of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2388 of 2010.

The submission sought to be made on

behalf of the State are matters more appropriately to

be considered by the Secretary himself while

disposing of the matter in accordance with law.

The proceeding stands disposed.
