Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for the
State.

Recovery of 110 grams of intoxicating substances is alleged to be
made from possession of applicant, which is less than commercial
quantity. Applicant is in jail since 17.4.2010.

Taking into consideration facts and circumstances of the case,
without expressing any opinion on merits, bail application is
allowed.

Let applicant Yusuf son of Lal Shah involved in case crime no.213
of 2010 under Section 21/22 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Civil
Lines, District Aligarh, be released on bail on his executing a
personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount
to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
