                            JUDGMENT

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the

petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with

liberty to move the Court which passed Ext.P6. Accordingly,

the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to

the remedy open to the petitioner to move the Division Bench

which passed Ext.P6.
