04. 09.08.2010 In pursuance to the order dated 13.07.2010
the husband and wife have appeared before this
Court and both agree to resume the conjugal life.
Husband undertakes to take the
complainant from her house within a period of one
week and will keep the complainant as wife with full
dignity and honour.
It is expected that the girl side will welcome
the petitioner whenever he visits his in-laws house.
In view of the stand of the parties and the
undertaking of the petitioner, let the petitioner
namely Anil Malakar, in the event of his arrest or
surrender before the Court below within a period of
12 weeks from today be released on anticipatory bail
on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand)
with two sureties of the like amount each to the
satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in
connection with Complaint Case No. 551 of 2008.
The complainant will be at liberty to file
appropriate application for cancellation of the bail
bond of the petitioner, if he fails to comply his

undertaking given before this Court.
