Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the legal position that
against the impugned order dated 31st May, 2010 a second appeal
will lie under Section 331(4) of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act before
the Board of Revenue.

In this view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed on the
ground of availability of filing a second appeal.

Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned
order to the learned counsel for the petitioner if he so desires.
