Considering the age of the petitioner no. 2 being

ninety years and contractual nature of accusation, let no coercive

steps be taken against the petitioners, namely, Minaz Hussain @

Minaz Ahmad and Erfan Ali @ Saiyad (Mir)Irfam Ali @ Mir

Irfan Ali in Katihar(Town) P.S. Case No. 140 of 2010 pending in

the court of the learned C. J. M., Katihar.
