serving a copy of the same on the learned counsel for the applicant. This
application is supported by an affidavit of the O.P. No.1. The learned counsel
for the applicant prays for and is allowed a month’s time to file reply to the
said affidavit.

Sri K.R. Singh, learned standing counsel has further informed that an affidavit
along with an application was also filed on behalf of the O.P. No.2 on
17.12.2009. The same is not on record. Office to trace it out and place on
record. The learned counsel for the applicant may file reply to the same also.
