Facts

1. The appellant has sought for information relating to the rules and
procedures followed by the respondent for release of second cylinders. In this
context, he has sought for information in the form of various queries, which has
been duly replied and the issues raised by the appellant has been clarified. The
appellant is, however, not satisfied. Hence, this appeal before the Commission.

2. The appeal was scheduled for hearing on 25/2/2009. But, the appellant
did not avail of this opportunity.

Decision:

3. As there is no denial of information and that the appellant has not
responded to the notice for hearing, it is presumed that he is no more interested
in pursuing the matter.
