08 04.11.2011 This matter was called for hearing on 21.10.2011 and

once again on 03.11.2011, but no-one appeared to press the

matter on behalf of the petitioners. The matter was yet again

called for hearing today, but once again no-one has appeared on

behalf of the petitioners.

In view of non-representation on behalf of the

petitioners on three consecutive occasions, therefore, it appears

that this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is

accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
