Cont. Case (C).No.1526 OF 2008
-------------------------------------------
Dated this the 31st day of October, 2008
JUDGMENT
This contempt case is filed on the premise that the
respondents have failed to quantify and pay the compensation in
view of the judgment. This plea is without any foundation
because any failure to pay compensation is essentially a situation
where no compensation is paid and the differential can be
claimed by moving the competent District Judge in accordance
with law, if the petitioner is aggrieved. I do not find any ground
to entertain action under the Contempt of Courts Act. This case
hence fails. The same is accordingly dismissed.
