When the C.M. Application for condonation of delay

in filing the Review petition came up for orders it was

submitted that against the impugned judgment Writ

Appeal No. 1497/2007 was filed by the petitioner in the

Original Petition and that the Division Bench relegated

the matter to the Government for reconsideration. In

the light of this, the C.M. Application has become

infructuous and the Review Petition itself is closed.
