K.T.Sankaran,J.

The disputes between the parties have been settled

and a compromise petition dated 6th November, 2008 is filed.

The terms of the compromise have been stated in the

compromise petition. The compromise petition,

I.A.No.4756/2008, is recorded and the appeal is disposed of in

terms of the compromise. The compromise petition will form part

of the decree. One half of the court fee already paid shall be

refunded to the appellant.
