JUDGMENT
K.M. Joseph, J.
Petitioner has approached this Court complaining harassment
by police by interfering in the peaceful possession and enjoyment
of his property.
2. Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that
both the petitioner and the 8th respondent filed complaints. Police,
on enquiry found that the complaints essentially are in the region
of civil dispute, and that the police will not interfere in the matter.
We record the said submission and close the Writ Petition.
