There is yet another illness slip of Sri B.N.Pathak, learned counsel
for the petitioner today. On 30.7.2010 the interim order was not
extended.

Sri Manish, learned counsel for the respondents states that by
virtue of the interim order earlier granted the petitioner is being
permitted to run the fair price shop and although the interim order
was not extended on 30.7.2010, the authorities are not permitting
the respondent to run the fair price shop in pursuance of the
impugned order.

In view of the circumstances referred to above, the respondent
authorities should proceed in accordance with law.
