03/ 17.03.2011 This Court has called for carbon copy

of the case diary and the report regarding

present stage of the trial vide order dated

26.11.2010.

The case diary has already been

received. The report regarding the present

stage of the trial from the court of the

learned Additional District & Sessions Judge,

Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with

Sessions Trial No. 792 of 2004 arising out of

Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2003 is being

awaited.

The office is directed to issue a

reminder asking the trial court to send the

report at earliest.
