09- 22.06.2011 Mr. Raju Giri for the petitioner, and Mr. Prem

Kumar Jha for the opposite party, are present. In

compliance of the order dated 6.5.2011, the opposite

party has been taken into custody and has been produced

in Court today.

2. As prayed for by learned counsel for the

opposite party, put up on 29.06.2011, at 10.25AM, in

Court, on which day the contemner shall be ready with

the demand draft for the amount in question. The

Contemner is remanded to judicial custody and may be

lodged in Central Jail, Beur, Patna.

3. The Jail Superintendent, Beur Central Jail,

shall ensure production of the contemner on the next

occasion.
