This case was dismissed in default on 12.7.2010. Again despite the case being
called thrice, none appeared.

Looking to the prayer made in the writ petition, without entering into the
claim of the petitioners I dispose of this petition with a direction that the
petitioners may make a fresh representation to the authority concerned and if
such a representation is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of
expeditiously in accordance with law.
