The petitioner claims compassionate appointment after the death of her
husband who allegedly died in harness on 4.1.2007.

The petitioner may approach the respondent no.2 along with a
representation who shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass
an appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as
possible preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of
production of a certified copy of this order before him.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
