appellants. He states that he shall serve the respondent nos. 3 and 4

through the learned Standing Counsel.

Issue notice to the respondent nos. 1 to 2 for hearing on

limitation petition, stay petition and for hearing and final disposal

of the Letters Patent Appeal, to be made returnable on 25th July

2011. Notice will be served through the Court process. Requisites

will be filed within one week from today.
