We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA
appearing for the State- respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the allegations made in the
impugned F.I.R., the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction that till the
submission of report by the police under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. the
petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 296 of 2010, under
Sections 364, 323, 504, 506, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 B I.P.C., Police Station
Lisari, District Meerut.
