3. 11.10.2010 Having heard learned counsel for the

parties and taking into account that this Court

had called for a report of the criminal

antecedent of the petitioner and the same at

Flag-X shows as many as thirteen cases apart

from the present case to be pending against the

petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant

bail to the petitioner.

That being so, the prayer for bail of

the petitioner, namely, Markandey Pandey is

hereby rejected.
