364(A)/34 of the Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

similarly situated co-accused Sudhir Yadav has been allowed bail

by a bench of this court by order dated 8.7.2010 passed in

Cr.Misc.No.22196 of 2010. The petitioner is in custody since

10.2.2010.

Call for carbon copy of the case diary of Lakhisarai

P.S. Case No.565 of 2009 from the court of the Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Lakhisarai and put up this case within top ten cases on

its receipt.
