J U D G M E N T
According to the petitioner, respondent invited
application for appointment of ARD 15 at Kollappally
Market Junction in Ward No.VIII of Kadanadu Panchayat
in Meenachil Taluk of Kottayam District. It is stated that
on receipt of the application, interview was held on
28.7.2010. The complaint in the writ petition is despite the
above, selection has not been finalised and appointment
has not been made. On this basis, petitioner seeks an
order directing the respondent to make appointments in
furtherance to Ext.P1 notification and Ext.P2 interview call
letter.
2. If as stated by the petitioner,pursuant to Exts.P1
and P2 interview was held on 28.7.2010, there is no reason
why the same shall not be finalised. Therefore I direct
that on the production of a copy of this judgment along
with a copy of the writ petition, respondent will pass final
orders in the matter.

3. This the respondent shall do, as expeditiously as
possible, at any rate within four weeks of production of a
copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
