:

1. On perusal of the documents submitted by the appellant, it is observed
that the PIO has duly replied and furnished a point-wise response. There is,
however, no denial of information.

Decision:

2. Since the PIO has furnished the information on the basis of available
records and that there is no denial of information, the appellant is advised to seek
inspection of the relevant records so as to specify the required information, which
should be furnished to him as per the available records.

3. The PIO is directed to allow inspection of the records within 15 working
days from the date of issue of this decision on a date and time convenient to both
the parties.
