ORAL
ORDER

Heard
Shri Thakore with Ms. Megha Jani for the applicant on the point, as
to why not to take recourse to provision of section 391 and why to
take recourse of provision for revoking the order. Shri Yadav,
learned advocate appearing for Official Liquidator submitted that
their stand is already clear by the affidavit in reply and the Court
may pass appropriate order.

At
this stage Shri Thakore submits that the stand is taken identical in
all the matters and that has not been acceded by any Court.
Adjourned to 9/2/2010.
