                                         JUDGMENT

Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, J,

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader. Having regard to the nature of

the directions being issued hereunder, notice to private

respondents is dispensed with, reserving their right to seek

re-hearing of this writ petition, if needed.

2. Petitioner complains about something that can

be called as an offshoot of a civil dispute. The private

respondents are allegedly violating orders of injunction and

attempting to trespass. It is also stated that an FIR has been

registered for offences punishable under Sections 447, 427,

354 and 506(ii) Indian Penal Code.

3. Obviously, the police has to ensure that law

and order is maintained and any threat to life, upon

complaint, is immediately looked into and dealt with in

accordance with law.

WPC.29186/10. 2

With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
