By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for (I) issuance of a writ,
order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to
decide the review application dated 5.4.2010 pending before him (Annexure
no.2 to the writ petition).

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent no.2. is directed to
decide the review application of the petitioner aforesaid, if the same is
maintainable, in accordance with law within three months from the date of
production of a certified copy of this order.

The petition is disposed of finally.
