counter affidavit could not be prepared by today and prays for further time for
filing the same. It has also been informed that the bail applications of co-
accused Pankaj and Rajneesh @ Lala are pending for disposal.
Connect this bail application with Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.8507
of 2009 and 13104 of 2009 and put up on 5.2.2010 as fresh.
In the meantime counter affidavit may be filed.
