Facts
:
1. The complainant was heard on 18/2/2010, through a representative.
2. The complainant has sought for action taken report on a complaint
submitted against M/s Paradise Gas Service, Patiala. She has stated that neither
the CPIO nor the Appellate Authority have replied to her RTI application. Hence,
this complaint before the Commission.
Decision:
3. The complainant has grievances regarding re-constitution of Dealership.
The CPIO is directed to furnish the information asked for, on the basis of
available records. The complainant is advised to re-submit her RTI application
as per section 2(f) of the Act, to the concerned CPIO, at the earliest, for a ready
reference. The information should be furnished within 15 days from the date of
receipt of fresh application from the complainant.
4. The complaint is thus disposed of.
