ORDER

Mr.

H.L.Patel, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that in view
of the order dated 2nd July,2000, passed in Special Civil
application No.2274 of 2008 and its allied mattes, this matter is
also required to be heard along the said group.

The
office is,therefore directed to place this matter, along with Special
Civil application No. 2274 of 2008 and Special Civil Application No.
4538 of 2008 with Special Civil Application No. 4539 of 2008.and its
allied matter before the Hon’ble Chief Justice so as to obtain
appropriate orders. The Registry shall thereafter place these matters
before the appropriate Bench within three weeks from today.
