affidavit disclosing reason for non-payment of

salary to the petitioner from the date of his

joining on the post of Secretary Gram

Katchchari till date. Petitioner’s case is that

on being selected for the post of Panchayat

Secretary, he is continuously discharging his

duty. Absentee record of the petitioner from

2.12.2007 to 31.12.2008 has been sent to the

Sarpanch, Gram Katchchary but for the

reason best known to the respondent,

payment has not been made.

Put up for admission after four weeks.

be filed.
