similar question is engaging attention of Hon’ble
Supreme Court and this Court had earlier directed
that the matter be listed after two months. Today,
the situation remains the same, the matter is still
pending before the Supreme Court.
List this case after two months.
The recovery pursuant to the orders dated
30.09.2004 and 4.12.2008 shall not be made until
further orders of this Court.
