FACTS
:-
By his RTI application dated 18/03/2008, the appellant had sought the following
information:-
“How the pension amount was calculated. Calculation details.”
2. The CPIO had furnished the computation details to the appellant vide order dated
13/05/2008. The Appellate Authority had disposed of the matter vide letter dated
03/07/2008.
3. The present Appeal is directed against the orders of the CPIO and the AA.
4. Heard on 10/09/2009. Appellant not present. The public authority is represented
by the officer named above. A fax message has been received from the appellant wherein
he has requested for a comparative statement of the pension paid to him and that paid to
Shri A.B. Misra, PPO No.OR/BBS/22951, to satisfy himself that correct pension is being
paid to him. To this, Shri Padhy would respond that he will check up the position and
inform him accordingly.
DECISION
5. In view of the above, Shri S.K. Padhy is hereby directed to make a comparative
statement of pension paid to the appellant and Shri A.B. Misra and take remedial action,
if any, as per rules.
