                     JUDGMENT

This is an appeal by the Requisitioning Authority.

Having gone through the impugned judgment, we are

of the view that the Requisitioning Authority cannot

have any legitimate grievance regarding the re-

fixation of the market value by the learned

Subordinate Judge under the impugned judgment. The

nominal increase granted cannot, at any rate, be

challenged by the Government or the Requisitioning

Authority. The appeal will stand dismissed. No costs.
