Against the order of punishment, the petitioner has already filed a
revision which is still pending consideration before respondent
no.2 from 6.5.2010 and the same is not being decided.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition
is disposed of finally directing respondent no.2 to decide the
revision of the petitioner within a period of three months from the
date of production of certified copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

No order is passed as to costs.
