ORAL ORDER

1. Heard
Mr.Mishra, learned advocate for the petitioner, Mr.Chauhan, learned
advocate for the respondent no.1 and Mr.Janak Raval, learned AGP for
the respondent no.2.

2. Mr.Raval,
learned AGP for the respondent no.2, has stated that he would file
detailed affidavits of the Competent Officers of Education Department
and Agriculture & Cooperation Department regarding the subject
matter of the petition, in light of the contentions raised by the
petitioner and also keeping in focus the objection raised by the
respondent no.1-University.

3. The
affidavits to be filed on or before 25th March, 2011. S.O.
to 28th March, 2011.
