Two substitution applications have been filed
on behalf of the appellants, one is for substitution of the
legal representatives of the deceased appellant no.2 and
the other is for substitution of the legal representatives of
the deceased appellant no.4. Both the applications are
within time. In view of the above facts, both the
substitution applications are allowed and the legal
representatives of the deceased appellant no.2 are
substituted except the legal representatives who are
already on record and likewise, the legal representatives of
the deceased appellant no.4 mentioned in paragraph 2 are
substituted in place of the appellant no.4. All of them have
appeared by filing vakalatnama.
The appeal is of the year 1978. If it is
otherwise ready, the office may list this appeal under the
heading for hearing without the paper book according to
the year of the appeal in the hearing list.
