1. Learned
Counsel for the appellant as well as for the respondent submit that
as the matter is between husband and wife, if it is referred to the
mediation center, there are chances of settlement.

2. Under
the circumstances, the office to place this matter before the
mediation center. The attempt shall be made to resolve the dispute
preferably within three months and if the dispute is not resolved,
the matter shall be placed for hearing on judicial side.
