:
1. The case was heard in absence of the appellant on 16.07.2008.
2. The appellant, a retired employee of the respondent has grievances relating
to his promotion, while he was in service.
3. In this context, he had sought for certain information, which has been replied,
but the appellant is not satisfied as his grievance has not been redressed.
Decision:
4. As the matter pertains to redressel of grievances, mainly promotion during the
service period, the appellant is advised to seek legal remedy in the matter.
5. The appeal is thus disposed of.
