learned counsel for the State.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is

that the only material against this petitioner is confession of

co-accused as recovery shown of Rs.76,690/- cannot be

believed stolen money in absence of T.I. Parade to be

conducted in the case. Petitioner remained in custody since

25.4.2011.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in

connection with Jokihat P. S. Case No.34 of 2011.
