2. 20.9.2011 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the

State.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case

instituted for the offence u/ss.147, 148, 149, 341, 448, 323,

324, 307, 337, 504, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of

the Arms Act.

Considering that there is an allegation against the

petitioner of having fired at the deceased, I am not inclined to

grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
