1. Rule.
Mr.H. L. Jani learned APP waives service of rule.
2. This
is an application praying to release the convict ? prisoner on
temporary bail for a period of 30 days for the purpose of providing
necessary support to his family members.
3. Heard
learned APP for the respondent ? State and perused the documents on
record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the
jail record, the convict ? prisoner is ordered to be released on
temporary bail for a period of THIRTY DAYS from
the date of his release on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of
Rs.5,000/- [Rupees five thousand only] before the jail authority. On
expiry of the aforesaid period of temporary bail, the convict ?
prisoner shall surrender to the custody forthwith.
4. The
application stands disposed of accordingly. Rule is made absolute to
the aforesaid extent.
