3/ 24.06.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and

learned counsel for the State.

From godown of petitioner Md. Majib of Cr.

Misc. No. 18618 of 2011, 135 bags of mid-day-meal rice is

recovered. Petitioner, Md. Muslim of Cr. Misc. No. 18563 of

2011 is said driver carried the seized rice to the godown both

remained in custody since 30.03.2011.

Considering the same, let the above named

petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Purnea in

connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 34 of 2011.
